Here's a rough early working of a wordless one pager from issue #1 of an upcoming comic book series I'm working on called Scumburbia™. Each 20 page issue will feature different stories within it.

The first issue will have many vignette type stories introducing the many characters within the universe. This one features Spike, a middle schooler. Enjoy.

Hurricane Sandy

With no power, no heat, and no gas, no...well anything for the past 5 days...it's been hard to do pretty much anything. Even draw. 
The daylight is now precious and once it gets dark it gets harder to draw.

Not to say that it has stopped me completely: I'm drawing a montage of interesting pictures of the aftermath from sandy and the blackout following it.

EVERYONE.

I will be appearing at a cool comic book / toy convention November 23rd, 24th, and 25th. Yes, it’s the weekend after Thanksgiving and the night of Black Friday.

What better way to spend the weekend?

It’s called Toys On The Hudson , (click to see homepage) and it’s going to be a fairly large scale convention featuring indie comic book artists, some guests, and a lot of cool toys.

Also, I’ll be debuting issues of my new short comic The Tooth Fairy, which is limited to 75 copies.

AND I’LL BE GIVING OUT FREE STUFF.
